Patreon is a fundraising site similar to Kickstarter or GoFundMe. It allows individuals to pledge a certain amount of money per month to individuals. Although it is commonly used by content creators in place of advertising, it has been used by certain individuals with victim mentalities in order to guarantee income, regardless of whether they have created content.
