In light of Playtonic's unprofessional way of dealing with issues that [[JonTron]] may or may not have raised outside of their control, many of the [[Kickstarter]] backers have been enquiring on how to get their money back. == Participation ==

* 1) Contact Playtonic for a refund (ensure to archive their answer).

* 2) Contact Kickstarter requesting a refund (ensure to archive of their respond of their answer, whether you get a refund or not supplied).

* 3) Notify the FTC, giving them a copy of refund requests as well as answers from BOTH the companies.

* 4 Write a letter explaining why you are not buying/ canceling pre-orders, request to keep JonTron's voice, and such politely.
